Common questions

• Refunds. iOS in-app purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com (handled by Apple). Stripe purchases: email us — we refund unused credits.
• Custom template.Want a background built around your own logo and brand colours? Email us with your brief and we'll send back a preview on a sample photo before you pay anything. See Section 7 of the Terms.
• Account deletion. Open the app or web → Settings → Delete account. Removes everything within 30 days.
